Resilience, last stand, weary but determined, persistence
Yes — but it'll require persistence through one more obstacle.
A bandaged figure leans on his wand, eight wands behind him forming a fence. He's been through battle and is tired — but still standing. This card is the last lap. You've come too far to quit now. Yes, you're exhausted. Yes, you're wounded. But the finish line is closer than starting over. The Nine of Wands says: hold on a little longer. The breakthrough comes after the last bit of effort, not before.
Reversed, the resilience is breaking — burnout that's gone past sustainable, or defensiveness that's pushing everyone away. Sometimes time to actually surrender rather than keep fighting.

Burned out at work, or giving up right before you'd succeed.
