The Reformer
Driven to be good, right, and beyond reproach.
About the Type 1 type
Ones live with an inner critic that holds the bar high. They are principled, conscientious, and quietly angry that the world isn't living up to its potential — including their own.
Core fear: being corrupt, defective, wrong. Core desire: to have integrity, to be good. The growth direction is releasing the grip on perfection without losing the principles underneath.

- Difficulty with mistakes — own or others'
- Anger held in until it leaks out as criticism
In love & relationships
Ones love through reliability and principle. They struggle with partners who treat agreements casually. The work is letting love be a place of relaxation, not another performance review.
At work
Excellent in law, medicine, ethics, audit, quality assurance, education. Anywhere the standard matters.
Growth direction
Practice 'good enough'. The 80% version shipped is worth more than the 100% version still being polished.
