About the ENTJ type
ENTJs see the path forward and start walking — usually before everyone else has finished discussing whether to walk at all. Their dominant function is extraverted thinking, which means they organise people, time, and resources toward measurable outcomes by default.
Underneath the executive presence is a long-range vision (intuition) most observers miss. ENTJs aren't only ambitious for the next quarter — they're ambitious for what becomes possible three moves down the chessboard. The cost is that they can run over softer voices in the room.
